Easing into the end of the year

I’m back!

Today is the first day of December which means it is World AIDS Day. There are many ways you can support World AIDS Day this year. You can start by educating yourself and reading the 2022 report to learn about how societal inequalities faced by certain populations impacts the AIDS response. You can also find ways to support World AIDS Day at work, at school (or college), and in your community.

The first of the month also means we have a new theme: EASE.

To be at ease means you are confident, cool, calm, and collected. Ease into the end of the year like Dorothy Gale and the Scarecrow eased on down the yellow brick road in “The Wiz” movie.

HOMEWORK: finding happiness

What I’m Reading: I was a big fan of the 90’s tv show, “Sister, Sister” so I picked up Tamera Mowry’s new memoir, You Should Sit Down For This. It’s a good read and I finished it in 2 days.

What I’m Watching: Wednesday Addams on Netflix

What I’m Listening To: The episode, A New Formula for Happiness on the How To Build a Happy Life podcast.

Lion Babe’s “Rainbows - ZIKOMO Remix” is the perfect song for a dance sesh this week.
